Terms of use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the pagi.ee website and the Pagi waitlist, run by Pagi Technologies OÜ (registry code 17465677, Pilliroo tn 28b-27, Alliku küla, Saue vald, Harju maakond, 76403, Estonia). By using the site, you accept these terms. The Pagi app will have separate terms that you accept before you use it.
2. Pagi is in pre-release
Pagi is not yet publicly available. Features, descriptions and plans on this site may change or be dropped. Nothing on this site is an offer, or a promise of a feature, date or price.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, an order or a contract for the Pagi service, and it does not guarantee access, a place in line or a price. We may send invitations in any order and may close the waitlist at any time. You can leave whenever you want. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
4. Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, test its security without our written permission, access areas that are not public, collect its content automatically, or sign up with someone else's e-mail address.
5. Content and trademarks
The text, design, code and the Pagi name on this site belong to Pagi Technologies OÜ or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Example boards and data on the site are fictional.
Jira is a trademark of Atlassian Pty Ltd. Pagi is an independent product and is not made or endorsed by Atlassian.
6. No warranty
The site and its information are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties that the site is accurate, complete or always available.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you. If that fails, disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts the law allows you to use.
